Working for Nido has been an exhilarating and challenging journey. It is wonderful to be able to be a part of a venture that empowers the kind of people that previously had the inclination to look after other people but lacked the knowledge and skills to do so. It is heartwarming to receive feedback thanking us for the high standard of training we do. There is also much appreciation for the fact that we have opened the doors to overseas work as care workers and au pairs. I look forward to more of the same!
